2.3 Physical Goods

CyberVion may sell hardware kits or printed manuals related to our training offerings. Specifications and delivery timelines are listed in each product description.

3. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful completion of payment. Access details for online courses and digital products are sent to your registered email address. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with all CyberVion offerings. The following refund conditions apply based on the type of service:

4.1 IT-Security and Digital Literacy Courses

Full refund requests received within 7 days of course commencement are processed in full. After this period, you may request a partial refund prorated to the remaining course sessions, or opt to reschedule your participation to a future session at no extra cost, subject to availability. 4.2 Digital Products

Due to the instantaneous nature of delivery, digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted or the product is downloaded, no refund will be issued, given the irrevocable nature of digital distribution.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. After we receive the shipped item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any reasonable shipping fees. You may also choose to exchange the item or receive store credit.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain customized or one-on-one consulting engagements are non-refundable. This policy is necessary due to the bespoke preparation and reservation of expert time before service delivery. 6. How to Request a Refund or Change

All refund or change requests must be submitted through our Contact form. Please include your name, email, order number, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process eligible requests within 10 business days.

CyberVion reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
